Aparthotel One Bedroom Apartments

Our client wished to create a serviced Aparthotel aimed at Corporate short lets for staff looking for a more permanent base in the area. The anticipated stay was from a number of days to a few weeks, rather than overnight.

The finish of the apartments needed to be similar to a good hotel, but also to provide more homely touches for the occupant.

Our remit included designing, specifying and supplying all the interior décor, furnishing and inventory. Jamie Hempsall Ltd provided everything from furniture and wall coverings to vacuum cleaners, crockery, pans and even potato peelers.

We worked with the client to ensure that the budget was focused to provide quality, durable furniture and fixtures (that were easy to clean and maintain) and combined these with classic, but cheaper consumables, such as glassware and china, to ensure that they were able to maximise their return on investment.
