Dining Room - Georgian Farmhouse

Our remit was to provide a softer feel to an austere entrance hall and to rework the formal dining room to give a welcoming environment for entertaining that did not look overly stage managed.

In the dining room we used large, antiqued print wallpapers inkeeping with the period of the property and shot silks to provide subtle variations by candlelight.

In the hallway we introduced warmer, but essentially neutral colours, a feature chandelier and a practical door curtain to provide understated opulence, as well as draft exclusion!
