Thames Side Apartment

This apartment is one of a number of turnkey projects we undertake each year.

The starting point was a magnolia based 1990s apartment that had been used as a rental property and was unaltered since it was first built.

We re-planned the entire apartment to suit our client’s living needs. This included creating a larger master bedroom with a full double basin en suite, forming a new open plan kitchen, adding an additional bathroom and guest WC and redesigning all existing bathroom areas to maximise space & include modern standards such as heated towel radiators.

Electrical, plumbing and data networks infrastructures were upgraded throughout the property, with lighting schemes and socket layouts redeveloped for 21st Century Living.

Thames views from both the Sitting Room and, previously separate, Kitchen were further enhanced by removing a dividing wall to create one main open plan living space.

Furniture was designed to provide plenty of space for comfortable entertaining. Finishes such as tweed and velvet were used as a nod to Saville Row tailoring and items such as the Master Bedroom headboard were designed to reflect key local sites (such as Battersea Power Station), providing London Chic without Tourist Novelty.

The entire project from strip out & building works to decoration & final furniture installation was undertaken and coordinated by our efficient London based team.
